About 15 members and guests, and nine 356's were in attendance at Saturday's Gruppe luncheon membership meeting and get together at the Silver Spring House. The nice weather helped bring out a large gathering of 356's. An official Porsche workshop towel was presented to all who brought their cars.

Attending with their cars were Peter Boettcher, Tom Oerther, Tom Griffiths, Stan Yarrish, Dick Weiss, Brian Schroeder, Marty Huelsmann, Fred Uhlmann, and Steve Leiding.

Peter Boettcher provided comments about the upcoming holiday party on Dec 5th at the Mecklenburg Gardens restaurant in Cincinnati. Please RSVP to Peter by Nov 23rd including your meal preference from the menu provided on Peter's announcement.

In the planning stage for next year will be the Bull Session at Sharon Wood on May 23rd, a visit to the Warbirds Museum in Batavia, Ohio in the spring, one or two tech sessions, spring or fall drives to Lexington and vicinity, and Ohio caverns near Bellfountain, Ohio. Also discussed were obtaining some regional motorcycle scenic drive maps to plan future scenic routes.

As of this meeting there was no information on the 09 East Coast Holiday.

Steve and Fred talked about their success with new LED lights in their dash instruments. This could be a tech page topic.

Steve suggested we look into an embroidered hat or shirt for members. Steve will discuss with Brian about this possibility and cost.

Scott asked if we could have a page on the website where members could list a question and then other members could add comments, similar to what is now done on the Registry website. Stan will look into this with Don Winder.

Peter will develop a short survey to confirm what type of activities the majority of the club is interested in for 2009. Peter will develop this before Christmas.
